Our Story
Nanda Realtors was founded on a simple premise: that buying or investing in property should feel considered, not rushed. Since 2000, we have worked closely with families and investors across Noida, Noida Extension and the Yamuna Expressway — corridors we know intimately, from zoning nuances to the projects genuinely worth your attention.
We work with a deliberately curated portfolio rather than an exhaustive one. Every listing we present has been personally visited and vetted by our team, so the properties you see are ones we would recommend to our own family.
Today that means a genuinely end-to-end consultancy: property transactions, investment strategy, legal and registration support, and — through our in-house turnkey division — construction and interiors, all under one accountable roof.
Meet the Founder
With over 25 years in North India's real estate industry, Harsh Kumar founded Nanda Realtors in 2000 to bring a more considered, relationship-first approach to property in Noida. In the years since, he has personally guided more than 1,000 transactions to close — and continues to oversee every client relationship himself, from the first enquiry call to the final registration.
